Class discussion and teaching practice 20 Active participation in discussion is highly expected.
Online discussion and reflection 20 The last date for the instructor to evaluate student invovlement will be January 20 (Thursday), 2011.
Journal of observing teaching videocases 20 Students will keep monthly journal after observing online videocases recording inservice or preservice teachers’classroom instruction or teaching demos.
Midterm demo and lesson plan 20 Midterm teaching demos will be evaluated based on teacher-assessment (10%), peer-assessment (5%), and self-assessment (5%)
Final demo and lesson plan 20 The same as midterm demos

教育目標

(1) To familiarize students with TEFL materials and methods suitable for teaching English to high school students (2) To train students to apply strategies, techniques, and activities to instructional practice

課程概述

透過對英語教材與教學法之介紹與訓練,培養學生熟悉中等學校英語教材之內容,以及增進學生如何運用適當英語教學法於課室教學中之能力,從而培育優秀之英語師資。
