教育目標

本課程選自猶太教經典《詩篇》結合宗教理念與文學賞析的形式與內涵，目的在於 介紹古代以色列宗教經典暨歷史與，並藉詩篇文本的注、疏、解、譯、釋、義、用，(1) 使學員對西方宗教核心的舊約聖經之源流與發展，得以深入的認識，(2) 對人文與社會科學文本的解經與釋義的批判方法，有重大的基本訓練，(3)由詩篇的宗教信息，思辨人性政社普世教之相關性，並配合指定研究作業之研讀報告，使本課程的參與學員達到明道勵志，並習得治學批判方法論。 This course combines a detailed explication of the texts selected from the Old Testament canons and an historical introduction to the religious history of Judaic and Christian faith. Students will learn from the instruction (1) an extensive knowledge of the form andmeaning of the psalms arranged according to their literary types and litirugical usage; (2) a basic critical methodology applicable to approaches to courses of Humanities and Social Sciences; (3) relation of the Biblical texts to the moral vision and humanistic values.
