本課程目標在於使研究生學習於國際旅館管理最新研究的議題與發展趨勢,並透過不同論文研讀及個案討論,來了解旅館各部門之營運與問題,以使學生有能力獨立完成旅館相關研究主題之研究,並與職場接軌以利日後就業。
