The goal of the seminar course is to facilitate students' theses on the final stage on the field of Hospitality Marketing, Human Resource Management, Food Safety and Sanitation, Consumer Behavior Analysis etc. Besides the supervision of the advisers from the department, students will have cross discussion and presentation in order to prepare themselves for the oral defense as well as organize their thoughts and research results into the constructive suggestions for the industry.
In order to accomplish the requirement of this seminar course, 1. students need to present their study and answer the challenged questions from their classmates; 2. Students will prepare a CV in Chinese and English for a simulated interview for future searching.
