教育目標

This course provides a fundamental understanding of venture capital and private equity.The contents include the overview of this subject and the perspective of venture capital and private equity. The discussion also covers deal structure, deal evaluation risk and returns as well as the globalization of venture capital and private equity. Students are expected to learn the basic knowledge of venture capital and private equity. In addition, students can be expected to obtain sufficient skills in raising funds through venture capital and private equity.
