教育目標

Course objectives are designed to: 1.Understand the breath and scope of hotel operations. 2.Understand various departments of a large hotel 3.Understand trends and the future in the hotel industry. 4.Learn the career path in hotel industryWelcome to Introduction to Hotel Management. This is a foundational course prior to other more advanced studies. This is an exciting course, a course that explores the vast boundaries of various management techniques in running a 1000-room hotel or a 10-room bed and breakfast. My duty here is to be your guide that assisting you to explore various aspects of hotel operations, to acquire basic hotel management knowledge and skills, and most importantly, to find your passion for hotel service job, and to build a successful career in this amazing profession.
