本課程內容包含:QA/QC的觀念;電子學;放大訊號減小雜訊;儀器各部份的原理;火焰式原子吸光儀、石墨式原子吸光儀、感應耦合電漿質譜儀、氣相和液相層析儀、離子層析儀等原理之介紹。

This course aims at enabling the undergraduate students to learn the principles and techniques of instrumental analysis and their applications to environmental studies. I will lecture on the instruments specific for chemical analysis, which include instruments and methods for electrochemical analysis, optical spectrometry, mass spectrometry, and chromatography. The relevant quality assurance, quality control, and data analysis and interpretation will be included as well.
