本課程為財金所的財務理論課程，希望透過一學期的時間，使學生對財務理論有一個較為完整的學習，同時也對相關主題之期刊發表論文做一研討，使同學可以進一步瞭解與熟悉財務理論的發展現況。

The purpose of this course is to provide students with a fundamental understanding of corporate finance. The topics include financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow valuation, investment analysis, risk analysis, bond valuation, stock valuation. and risk and return.
