教育目標
This course focuses on financial goals and decisions for the firm with maximization of shareholder wealth. It also aims to provide students with overview of major financial markets and institutions, analysis of securities, and investigation of financial management techniques. Key concepts and applications include: the structure and functions of the financial system and financial institutions, time value of money, debt securities markets, equity securities markets, investment decision rules, and corporate investment decision-making.
