教育目標
It is imperative for the students of social sciences to speak both meaningfully and beautifully. The substance and form are equally important. For Jules Cambon, persuasiveness is the key, “because the most persuasive method at the disposal of a government is the word of an honest man.”
If the students concerned could succeed in this aspect, their peers would be delighted to communicate with them.
