本課程為財金所的財務理論課程，希望透過一學期的時間，使學生對財務理論有一個較為完整的學習，同時也對相關主題之期刊發表論文做一研討，使同學可以進一步瞭解與熟悉財務理論的發展現況。

This course introduces the theory of financial economics and corporate policy. The topics include the role of financial markets and institutions, making choices in risky situations, measuring risk and risk aversion, risk aversion and investment decisions, capital asset pricing model, arbitrage pricing theory, financial structure, and firm valuation.
