教育目標

This is an introductory course for the students to be familiar with the operation of rooms division management in a hotel. Contents of the course include the role of each functional department of rooms division. Students who finish this course could obtain solid knowledge about rooms division operations both from the entry level and management level prospective. It will be a good course to prepare students for the upcoming internship.
