課程概述

This course will introduce students to a variety of issues, concepts and methodological techniques popularly used in hospitality research in Taiwan or elsewhere. This course is intended to help you familiarize with a wide rang of research topics in the hospitality industry and equip you with skills necessary for independent study of research methods. It is expected, after finishing this course, students can have the basic knowledge and skills to conduct research independently. These skills and knowledge will also help you to get ready for your thesis as well as the future graduate school’s work.
