教育目標
Introduces the basic chemical structures, functions and metabolism of biomolecules such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids. This course will also introduce important biosignaling pathways as well as the principles of methods applied in solving biological problems.1. The basic chemical structures and functions of biomolecules such as proteins, enzymes, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids.
2. Biosignaling pathways.
3. The metabolism of biomolecules such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids and their regulations.
4. Principles of methods for isolation, purification, and charaterization of biomolecules.
