教育目標

This capstone course serves to enhance and integrate comprehensive business decision-making skills for students majoring in management through intensive team work and interactive discussion with peers and advisors of diverse expertise. The students are to complete with team members a professional business plan that covers the executive summary, study of alternative opportunities based on industry and market analysis, strategies for effective plan execution, organizational issues, and financial actions. The business plan will be reviewed and refined stage by stage before being formally submitted to a committee composed of representative internal and external stakeholders.
