教育目標

This course serves as an introduction to oper- ations and supply chain management. The main objectives of taking this course are for students to be able to: • understand concepts and terminologies about Operations Management and Supply Chain Management and relate such concepts to the contemporary issues (for example, COVID-19) and technologies used • perform analysis for general business and different supply chain functions such as procurement, production, logistics etc. • demonstrate the holistic view of supply chain management and basic understanding of supply chain design and supply chain risk management • communicate supply chain management related issues, methodologies, and solutions to business leaders.
