教育目標

This course offers a truly balanced, inclusive, and integrated overview of the research field as it currently stands. The course is unique in its balanced presentation of quantitative and qualitative research. Moreover, it will examine foundational issues of research for example, determining how to approach a project and understanding what constitutes data and how to analyse them from quantitative, qualitative, and mixed perspectives. This approach will help students understand fundamental differences and similarities among these approaches. This course has three main purposes: 1. It provides balanced coverage of quantitative and qualitative research. 2. It helps students learn how to begin to conduct research. 3. It helps students learn how to read and evaluate research studies
