教育目標

1. Learning the present energy scenario and the need for sustainable energy systems and solutions. 2. Explaining the various technologies available for the utilization, conversion and storage of renewable energy. 3. Critically comparing the benefits of energy systems based on resource availability, energy demand and market conditions. This course will cover the overview and discussions of key subjects on Sustainable Energy Technologies existing nowadays and projected in the foreseeable future. Sustainable energies such as wind, solar, biomass, nuclear, hydrogen, and ocean energies, as well as many unveiled carbon-free or zero-carbon energy types will be discussed. A field visit may be held if that can be arrangeable.
