教育目標

This course provides an introduction to corporate finance. The focus will be on building solid foundations, with practical illustrations of the concepts, and on developing analytic skills for important issues in corporate finance. The topics include concepts of corporate finance, fixed income securities, stocks, projects and their valuations, corporate valuation, and risk and returns.
