本課程以建立學生應對跨國貿易之國際貿易私法規範以及規範各國貿易規則的國際貿易公法有基本知識，能就私人跨國貿易所可能涉及之法律問題進行分析，並了解世界貿易組織（WTO）法律、區域貿易協定以及國際投資法的基本原則，並有處理國際貿易爭議之基本能力。
The goal for this course is to develop a core understanding of how the rules regulating international trade operate in practice, as well as in theory. It integrates the public policy, diplomatic and economic variables that bear on how the international trade rules embodied in the WTO agreements are negotiated and implemented,and how trade disputes are settled. Moreover, since the war in Ukraine has created immense impacts on the fragile recovery of global trade, this course also discusses some related topics happened in 2022.
