In this course students will learn about (1)themselves and others through self-assessment instruments, written reflections, exercises, and discussions (2)behaviors and skills that help managers be more effective (3) principles and theories about individual, interpersonal, group, and organizational behavior. It is expected that each student actively engage in class discussions and highlight their own personal and professional experiences so that others can learn from them.
