教育目標

This course will provide a general and international approach to the issue of water and food security, with an overarching goal of educating students on the processes and conditions needed for safe, secure, and sustainable management of water and land resources. Students will learn what is water and food security and their importance in planning sustainable water and land management. Interconnections between water and food (water use and availability for food production) with respect to sustainable development. Physical availability of food and water resources and their geographical distribution, and how they can be developed to fulfil societal needs. Water and soil conservation and sustainable and regenerative agriculture concepts.
