Objectives of the course: The objectives of this course include the introduction of the chemistry of solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), the laboratory techniques in SPPS, purification and characterization of peptides, biological assays of peptides, structure-activity relationships of peptides, and applications of functional peptides. 2.
