Data Analytics is a term that describes analyzing the large volume of data - both structured and unstructured. Data Analytics can generate insights that lead to better decisions and strategic business moves. In this course, we provide introductory and advanced knowledge to use SAS and SAS Viya in advanced data analytics for global investment analysis. We will introduce the essential methodology using SAS for data analytics, business analytics and investment research, with the focus on the application of business and investment analysis. Students are expected to learn the basic SAS programming techniques, as well as data analytical skills for global investment data using SAS Viya and SAS windowing environment throughout the course.
