This course consists of the study of the gastrointestinal microflora in human, animals, and environment. Students will be expected to develop an understanding of the functions of the gut microbiota and the effects of microbiota in disease development. This course will update the knowledge which can improve host growth, nutrition, and immunity in order to fight again diseases in the future.
