《維摩詰經》是大乘初期代表性經典之一，其豐富的敘事深入影響中國哲學、文化、文學、藝術.....等，更是當代人間佛教思想的理論依據之一。本課程擬引導學生深入研讀《維摩詰經》的不同譯本與當前學界的研究文獻，以哲學詮釋為主軸探索《維摩詰經》的哲學問題及其理論內涵，反思《維摩詰經》理論的多元性、開放性與現代性意義，期能引導學生從文本理論中養成獨立研究、理性思考及論述的能力。
