本課程主要在藉由多位音樂生活專業教師的分享來介紹美學生活的各個層次，課程區分兩大區塊: 藝術美學及生活美學。藝術美學課程由音樂、藝術、建築等層面邀請專業教師分享引導學生進入藝術殿堂。另外生活美學部分則由餐飲界專業教師與學生分享咖啡、飲食、葡萄酒等與生活息息相關的事物，藉由品味了解生活的基礎事件來奠定學員品味生活的基礎美學。

Prof Kuowei Eleazar-Godfrey CHIU (aka KC/邱國維)'s instructional component will be as of follows: 1. Introduce the breadth and depth of nature's aesthetics that has wide-reaching impacts for built environmental design; 2. Understand how "bio" and design thinking influences human innovation which impacts on aesthetic decision and outcome; 3. Appreciation through insightful architectural and design cases interpreted from multi-disciplinary and cross-disciplinary approaches.
