This course is based on this perspective and therefore designed to cope with such challenges. We will follow the basic structure of the designated textbook to learn those important topics in financial management. Financial statements, cash flows, and their role in valuation will be first introduced, followed by interest rates for bond and stock pricing. Capital budgeting, cost of capital, and capital structure are then studied as they are the key components for capital raising and wealth management.
