本課程以總體社會之經貿活動為研究對象，由個體最適行為推導出勞動供需、商品供需、貨幣供需、外匯供需及消費、投資等行為函數後，用全面均衡分析法研習各種總體教派（古典、凱因斯、貨幣、新興古典、新興凱因斯及實質景氣循環教派）對總體經濟議題的論述。內容包含就業、所得、物價、利率、匯率、景氣波動、國際收支、經濟成長及政府財金政策的操作與影響。

This course will discuss the importance of macroeconomics and introduce the common tools, including mathematical and graphical exposition, on modern macroeconomic analysis. In addition, we will examine the differences among various macroeconomic theories and policies.
