In this course, you will demonstrate your knowledge of basic theories and concepts in management. This means explaining what managers should do and how they are supposed to contribute to the success of their organizations. Each manager must develop his/her unique, personal approach to the job. You will begin this process by articulating and defending your individual views on a range of management-related questions.
