本課程主要目的在介紹零售管理之基本觀念、零售策略與規劃、商店管理、執行、商品管理及行銷組合。

This course aims to equip the students about the knowledge and skill to manage a retail. In this course the students are not only given the theoretical part of retail management, but the student will also develop their skill through case study and the use of software such as Ms Excel Macro and R software especially for distribution management and for retail analytics. Data set retrieved from POS for several retail is also provided in this subject so that the students can learn from the real data.
