1﹜The purpose of this course is to provide students basic concepts of heat transfer and teach students how to develop mathematical representations of physical phenomena regarding heat transfer. 2﹜設計化學工程系統、元件或製程之能力。
The basic theory and application of hear transfer will be introduced. The course content mainly includes: 1. Heat transfer by conduction. 2. Principles of heat flow in fluids. 3. Heat transfer to fluids with/without phase change. 4. Radiation heat transfer. 5. Heat exchanger. 6. Evaporation.
