This elective course aims to strengthen analytical English presentation skills for senior students of the College of Management. The students are to explore evaluative and critical elements in both professional and academic presentations beyond descriptive facts or details by assessing and investigating their significance. Extensive peer-reviewed practice will be scheduled to encourage the students to enhance skills for efficiently engaging with and applying theoretical concepts to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of ideas, unpacking the implication of evidence, synthesizing supportive sources, and creating an overall argument in the context of formal and concise presentations to the audience of diverse expertise.

There is no single textbook that fits this course. Supporting lecture notes and supplemental material for in-class discussions are to be distributed following the progress of the course.
