教育目標

This advanced master-level course aims to help students of diverse backgrounds to build solid foundations of macroeconomic analysis in the global context. The course exposes students to a representative portfolio of advanced analytical concepts, methods, and tools for macroeconomic research aiming to provide relevant global market information and trends for key decision makers in multinational enterprises. With an integrated framework, the students are able to understand the connections between the real economy and the international foreign exchange market across advanced and emerging economies worldwide as well as major implications for business strategies under global competition. Extensive examples of multi-dimensional data analysis with statistic and graphic presentations are also illustrated in the context of professional application by practitioners and executives across a variety of industries in the global business world.
