本課程旨在培養學生在管弦樂團合奏中之演奏技巧與良好的專業態度，訓練演奏能力、聽力、 合奏能力，擴展不同時期曲目的詮釋力;並在樂團合奏中，增進群育與美育的概念。 每學期安排至少一套完整音樂會曲目，排練計畫包括:弦樂分部、管樂分部、擊樂分部以及管弦樂合奏。 管弦樂團經排練並演出重要管弦樂團曲目，讓同學於過程中學習樂團合奏及演出的知識與經驗。

- Original music used for rehearsals and performances will be provided by the music department.
- Extra copies might be available. Please contact the main office of the music department.
- Copying music by individuals is not allowed. Circulating the music electronically without permission is prohibited.
- The performance materials provided by the music department can only be used for personal practice and for the preparation of the concert.
