Oral Training 3 is a third-year required course. As this course is the last of the Comp/Oral series, its main aim is to give final shape and polish the skills of the students in speech. The oral ability of students is improved through group discussions, individual presentations, argument and debates. This course is taught together with Composition 3.
Oral Training 3 builds on the foundation established in Oral Training 1 and 2, aiming to further enhance students’ speaking, debating, and oral presentation skills. Through a variety of interactive activities—including group discussions, individual presentations, debates, and role-playing—the course equips students with practical tools for effective communication. It also cultivates the confidence needed to express oneself clearly in diverse settings, from academic discussions to professional environments such as online job interviews. Emphasizing adaptability, the course prepares students to adjust their communication strategies to suit different audiences and platforms, particularly in today’s increasingly digital world. Ultimately, Oral Training 3 provides essential skills that contribute to students’ academic growth and professional readiness.
