114年第1學期-0948 環境微生物學 課程資訊

教育目標

瞭解參與物質循環相關微生物，探討環境工程領域中相關微生物種類、功能及影響其作用的條件外，並強調微生物在環境領域之應用、厭氧微生物在生質能源與資源循環之生產、及探討與公共衛生有關微生物之檢測技術，同時介紹分子生物學在環境工程上之應用。

課程概述

This class is taught for students of environmental sciences, environmental engineering, and basic sciences. No previous exposure to microbiology is assumed. The emphasis will be placed on the human environment, the objective being to make the student aware of the role of microorganisms as pollutants and in pollution control. Students are expected to learn the basic microbiology, such as cell structures, bacterial metabolism, and the industrial application of microorganisms.
