教育目標

This course is to clarify that Organizational Behavior and management skills as individual and interpersonal level are necessary to ensure compliance, provide communication between manager and workforce, ensure fair treatment and work-life balance for everyone. To provide theoretical and practical perspectives, important theories and applications are both introduced, including individual difference, perception, motivation, performance, leadership style, and so on.

課程概述

企業概論是指針對現代企業的本質、企業面臨的環境、企業內部各功能的運作、以及企業組織的管理，進行廣泛性的介紹。本課程目的是要讓初次學習企業的學生，對企業的運作與管理具有一個概括性的認識。具體而言，是要讓學生能夠： 1.建立企業管理的基本概念。 2.認識企業的本質與責任。 3.瞭解企業的外部環境及其對企業之影響。 4.認識企業內部功能運作與管理。 5.培養觀察與分析企業活動的能力。 本課將以教師課堂講授、實例討論、與企業報告等方式，達到上述目標。希望修課同學對企業產生一個概括性的認識，做為往後學習企業內各功能活動管理專業知識與技能的基礎。
