教育目標

課程目標： 本課程設計是介紹產權、交易成本與制度為主，讓學生瞭解它們對於經濟的效果，並探討討論租金管制、區域劃分、徵收、發展權移轉與土地調整等政府政策如何導致不動產價格變動和影響不同人之經濟行為。 Course Objectives：This course will cover the economics of property rights, transaction cost, and institutions, and help students to understand how these things affect economic outcomes. We will discuss how government policies such as rent control, zoning, compulsory acquisition, transferable development rights and land readjustment could affect property prices and the economic behavior of different people. 內涵： 1. 對於產權、交易成本與制度如何影響經濟結果有基本的概念； Basic idea about how property rights, transaction costs, and institutions can affect economics outcomes. 2. 具備資料收集的能力與以經濟觀念及其研究方法而進行分析； Learn data collection and analysis using economic concepts and tools; 3. 透過本課程的學習、小組討論、資料實證分析以及研究報告產出，讓同學具備對於實際資料的分析能力。 Contents：Through this course, group discussions, empirical data analysis, and research reports, students will be equipped with the ability to analyze real-world data.

課程概述

本課程之研究主題主要是以經濟學相關議題為主。本課程的進行方式由學生自行分組並選擇有興趣之研究主題，透過與專題指導老師討論研究方向與內容後，再由同學分組進行研究資料之蒐集、整理與分析，定期與指導老師進行研究專題之討論，另需於學期末完成專題研究之書面報告與口頭報告。
