教育目標

** Course Objectives: This course offers an in-depth exploration of strategic management, equipping students with both theoretical foundations and practical tools essential for today’s fast-changing business world. Students will develop the ability to: - Analyze organizational environments to identify opportunities and threats. - Formulate and evaluate business-level and corporate-level strategies. - Understand the role of leadership and organizational structure in successful strategy implementation. - Apply strategic thinking to address contemporary business challenges. ** Course Contents: The course is structured into four comprehensive modules: Introduction to Strategic Management, The Nature of Competitive Advantage, Strategies, and Implementing Strategy. Throughout the course, students will engage in real-world case studies and develop critical problem-solving and decision-making skills relevant to strategic management. ------- ** Course Selection Information - Regular attendance from the first week is required for all students, except in cases of force majeure. Please note that late registration or travel delays cannot be accepted as reasons. We encourage you to confirm your availability before enrolling. (Exchange students follow separate school arrangements.) - If you need to request official leave, please use the Student Information System; you do not need to email the instructor separately. - Please be aware that courses are not offered online, and individual online arrangements are not available.
