教育目標

** Course Objectives This course aims to provide a thorough understanding of International Human Resource Management (IHRM), focusing on HRM’s strategic role in global business, cross-cultural management, and effective international workforce practices. ** Course Contents Topics include the IHRM context, global workforce management, sourcing for global markets, performance management, international training and development, global talent management, compensation, and emerging IHRM challenges. ------- ** Course Selection Information - Active participation and weekly assignments are required. Please ensure you can attend regularly and complete assignments before enrolling. - Students absent from the first class will be automatically withdrawn, except in cases of force majeure. (Exchange students follow separate arrangements.) - To add this course, you must attend the first class for orientation and enrollment confirmation. No need to contact the instructor beforehand. If the course is not full, a lottery will determine enrollment after the first class.
