教育目標

** Course Objectives: This course is designed to help students develop essential professional skills for a successful internship experience. Objectives include building workplace communication and teamwork abilities, understanding and navigating workplace dynamics, and identifying strategies to maximize career growth opportunities. Students will also gain increased career awareness and confidence by integrating academic knowledge with real-world practice, preparing them for future employment and professional development. ** Course Contents: The course covers a range of practical topics to support students in their internship journey. Key areas include effective internship search techniques, application and resume strategies, workplace etiquette and professional conduct, career exploration methods, and performance assessment tools. Through these topics, students will learn how to find and secure internship opportunities, present themselves professionally, adapt to diverse work environments, and continuously evaluate and improve their performance throughout the internship.
