在資訊爆炸、節奏快速的時代,「幸福」與「美」已不僅是哲學思考或藝術追求,而是生活的核心能力。本課程透過心理學與哲學的對話、藝術欣賞與創作、生活實踐與反思,引導學生探索「什麼是幸福?什麼是美好生活?」並從中建構個人意義與價值。
This course invites students to awaken their vitality by exploring color in diverse forms and places. Through this sensory and aesthetic engagement, participants will cultivate a deeper understanding of the world and the potential to foster positive transformation. This interdisciplinary course explores the artistic, literary, and philosophical dimensions of color. Each week focuses on a different color as a gateway to engage with themes of perception, emotion, embodiment, and cultural meaning-making. Through color, we will sense the vitality of being and dwell in time that resonates and responds. Drawing on contemporary art, literature, and philosophy, students will participate in hands-on workshops, sensory experiments, and critical readings that invite poetic and aesthetic encounters with the world.
