由於市場之變革與科技的進步，購併與重組的活動與日俱增，影響之層面亦愈來愈廣。本課程介紹學員購併與重組之重要觀念: 從購併之程序、購併策略流程、法律架構、合併與收購理論、價值評估、財務規劃、購併策略、至公司價值創造。由不同觀點來研討，配合購併實證研究，使購併與重組之工作架構完整呈現，協助提升企業價值。上課主要以研討方式進行。

This course provides a fundamental understanding of mergers and acquisitions. The contents include the overview of this subject and the perspective of strategy and valuation. These aspects cover the introduction of merger activity, takeover process, theories, valuation, takeover defense and post-acquisition integration. Students are expected to learn the basic knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and to obtain sufficient skills in structuring the deals.
