This course examines globalization's fundamental dynamics and their impact on international business practices. Students explore the evolving global economic landscape, contemporary management challenges, and strategic approaches in cross-border operations. (1) Course Objectives: The curriculum focuses on understanding the mechanisms driving global economic integration, analyzing emerging market dynamics, and developing effective international management strategies. Students examine how technological advancement, trade liberalization, and institutional frameworks shape the modern business environment. (2) Key Topics: The course addresses critical themes in global business management, beginning with the role of international institutions in facilitating global trade. Students analyze shifting economic power dynamics and emerging market opportunities, while exploring environmental sustainability and social responsibility in global operations. Special attention is given to cross-cultural management and strategic adaptation across markets. A central focus is understanding the complex balance between global standardization and local market responsiveness.
