Knowledge Assessment Presentations 70 There will be three knowledge-assessment presentations, one after each major lecture module (Soils, Water, and Air)

This course examines how to protect and manage the environment to reduce risks and support sustainable ecosystems. It explores links between environmental quality and human well-being, focusing on pollution prevention, waste management, and resource conservation. Course content: (1) Introduction to environmental protection and management; relationship between environmental quality and ecosystem stability; overview of soil, air, and water quality management. (2) Soil pollution: sources, impacts, and conservation, reclamation, and policy approaches. (3) Water pollution: sources, environmental and health impacts, and management technologies. (4) Air pollution: sources, impacts, and air-quality control measures. (5) Sustainable solutions and environmental innovations, including emerging technologies and strategies. (6) Capstone activities: case studies, group projects, and student presentations on innovative environmental management solutions.
