教育目標

This course is designed to help students develop a working knowledge of operations management concepts and technical methods, enabling them to apply these skills in healthcare service industry environments. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to get the whole picture of operations processes flow of the healthcare services industry, and should be able to apply quantitative models for decision-making and analysis of the problems in the healthcare services industry.
