本課程的目的是講授供應鏈管理的理論和發展，為了避免課程過於理論而難以理解，本課程部分週數將採取個案教學的方式。

介紹供應鏈設計與管理的基本概念與營運模式，同時也會拿國內外的案例作參考，探討企業在供應鏈管理上所面臨的挑戰。課程內容包含了供應鏈管理導論、存貨管理與風險分擔、供應鏈網路規劃、供應契約、資訊價值及供應鏈整合等。 This course introduces the basic concepts of supply chains, including how they are designed, configured, implemented, and analyzed. Case studies will be discussed to demonstrate the challenges enterprises face in their supply chains and how they address them. The topics include the introduction of supply chain, inventory management, supply chain network design, risk pooling, supply contracts, etc.
