This course exposes the student to key ethical issues in business and management through a variety of learning experiences and activities that include the team discussion, group presentation, and individual written report. The course stresses the role of ethical values and social responsibility in development of management skills and encourages the student to collaborate with team members for finding effective solutions to different scenarios in the business world. The student is to enhance ethical awareness and understand its importance for professionalism across different disciplines in management. The highly interactive class activities also serve to strengthen both oral and written communications for all participants and inspire them to search for excellence in future study and career.
