人力資源管理(Human Resource Management)近年來深受國內企業界重視。人力資源管理是把人和組織結合在一起,透過系統化的方法,使個人得到發展,並達成企業組織目標為目的。本課程並以台灣產業界個案為例,探討人力資源管理之實務問題。

This course is to clarify that HRM at an functional level is necessary to ensure compliance, provide communication between manager and workforce, ensure fair treatment and equal employment opportunity for everyone. To provide an integrated and whole picture, strategic HRM and sub-function are both introduced, including recruitment, selection, training, development, compensation, and performance appraisal.
